What materials do your rings use?
Our rings are crafted from a variety of top-notch materials. We prominently feature 14K and 18K gold in both yellow and rose gold hues, as well as platinum. All of these metals are processed with our exclusive nickel-free technology to effectively prevent allergic reactions. Additionally, we take pride in our own innovative Vive gold® material, which is also integrated into some of our remarkable ring designs.
Can I customize the width of the ring band?
Yes! Band widths range from 1.5mm (delicate) to 6mm (bold). Wider bands may require slight size adjustments for comfort. Our CAD preview tool helps visualize proportions.
Are lab-grown diamonds (LGD) cheaper than natural diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds cost 30-40% less than natural diamonds of equivalent quality. Both types undergo the same GIA/IGI certification for clarity, color, and cut.
Do you provide a warranty for your rings?
Yes, we provide a one-year warranty on all our rings against manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues within this period, please contact our customer service for assistance.
What if I need to resize my ring later?
We provide:
- Free resizing within 60 days of purchase.
- Lifetime adjustments
- Note: Eternity bands and tension settings cannot be resized.
