• We also provide credit towards your new purchase based on the current value of your diamond, which can be applied to a variety of styles, shapes, and metals.

Eligibility & Conditions:

• The original diamond must be accompanied by its certification and be in good condition for repairs or upgrades.
• Upgrades are available for lab-grown diamonds only; colored gemstones, natural diamonds, settings, and jewelry are excluded.
• If the new diamond cannot fit into your original setting, we offer a credit for precious metals (gold or platinum), which can be used toward remaking your jewelry.
• All diamonds must be in a saleable condition and free of damage that prevents resale or repair.
