Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Orders which tagged “shipping now” are processed within 5 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days (US) or 7-14 days (international).
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Changes can be requested within 1 hour of purchase via Order Managem. After this window, orders enter production and cannot be altered.
Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: Rarely happens! If unavailable, we’ll notify you within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.

A: We accept returns within 30 days for unused, undamaged items with original packaging.
Full refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: Free size adjustments for rings within 60 days.
