Orders & Shipping
Q: How long does it take to process and ship my order?
A: Our jewelry is handcrafted to order, ensuring the highest attention to detail. Please allow 10–14 business days for production and delivery. We promise it’s worth the wait.
Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Changes can be requested within 6 hour of purchase via Order Managemment. After this window, orders enter production and cannot be altered.
Q: What if an item is out of stock?
A: Rarely happens! If unavailable, we’ll notify you within 24 hours to arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your repair policy?
A: Don’t worry! Within 60 days of delivery, we provide free repair or replacement for stones up to 0.25ct if there are any manufacturing or setting issues. After 60 days, repairs are still available, but shipping and any stone replacement costs will apply.
Q: Can I resize my ring?
A: Absolutely! We offer lifetime free resizing. Standard resizing is ±2 sizes; for larger adjustments, additional fees may apply. Shipping costs for sending the ring back are the customer’s responsibility.
Q: Can I get my ring cleaned?
A: Yes! We provide professional cleaning for free, but customers cover the round-trip shipping. We recommend sending your ring every 6–12 months to keep it sparkling.
Q: Can I request an appraisal document?
A: Of course! Electronic appraisal documents are free upon request for insurance or gifting purposes. If you need a paper certificate or third-party verification, additional fees and processing time may apply.
